Hi Al
>>Is this new code that's just being rolled out, or code that has been in production for a while and for some reason is no longer working?
It has been in production for a short while but there were previously only four user working on the particular from. Now the are double that and the problem has come up
>>Are you seeing the problem at one, or multiple, sites? Are some sites working OK and others not?
The application is running at once site only
>>Do all workstations at the problem site exhibit the symptoms?
Not all of them. It varies
>>Is the network known to be properly configured and stable?
Yes network is stable as far as I know
>>Have you tried temporarily disabling antivirus real-time scanning on both server and all workstations that are accessing the application?
No have not tried that. The administrator is not willing to turn that off
>>Have you worked up a "repro", a set of steps that can reliably cause the problems you're seeing, so you can debug it?
I have tried to duplicate the problem on myside but have been able to at this point.
