I’m working with a Spanish version of VFP 5.0 and service pack.
After running for a certain period of time any .EXE file(s) created from VFP 5.0 I start receiving the next error message:

“Visual FoxPro can not start. Could not load resources”

The only solutions I found to make the .EXE files to run was to reinstall all required software on my computer from scratch, which didn’t happened that often because the programs can be run from the project manager. However this start to happen on a client computer after a few runs.

I reinstalled all from scratch on my computer an saved a copy of the registry and waited for the error to appear. After two weeks it appeared as expected and I imported the copy of the registry that I saved at reinstallation. The .EXE files start to run again without the error message.

Does anybody have any idea or advise for me about this?
