You can feel my pain, can't you ???!!! hehehehehhe

The modem is used to communicate to 3rd party Insurance providers if and when the Internet goes down for them (like when you go in to fill an Rx, and their Internet is not working.... they HAVE to get the Rx filled, so they select to use the modem instead, and it dials up the 3rd party directly and sends the 3rd pary request to them.. and waits for the reply if they will pay their share of the Rx.)
