As much as I hate to promote Attorneys, get one. Get one that specializes (or has experience) with Software. I keep an attorney on retainer just so that I can get a Legal Opinion about matters when they a rise. Don't sign Anything until you have had a chance to discuss the agreement and your situation with an attorney.
