Not a Surface, but I did get a Dell Latitude 10 and it is perfect for my needs. Namely the ability to run Windows 8 Pro and with the ATT Broadband option, I can use my Go To Assist subscription to log into my clients machines anywhere I have access to ATT network.

The tipping point for the Dell was the ability to swap batteries. As far as I know it is the only Windows 8 Pro tablet that provides that option.

When I run VFP on it I need to use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse but I am happy I no longer need to lug around my laptop when I am traveling.
