We use tiffworks by informatik. There is a downloadable trial available at www.informatik.com.

We print foxpro reports (with graphics) that are faxed via winfax. You simply install tiffworks as a printer and the report directly creates a dcx file ready for faxing.

We tested TextBridge OCX to convert the files to be emailed, but never needed to finish that aspect.
