This is how the CreaterEncryptor /CreateDecryptor of the encryption classes work
	class RijndaelTransformer : System.Security.Cryptography.SymmetricAlgorithm
	{
		public ICryptoTransform CreateDecryptor(byte[] key, byte[] iv)
		{
			return new RijndaelDecryptor(key, iv, Mode, Padding);
		}

		private class RijndaelDecryptor : ICryptoTransform
		{

			internal RijndaelDecryptor(byte[] key, byte[] iv, CipherMode mode, PaddingMode padding)
			{
			}
		}
	}
