Some years ago, I wrote a form implementing Speech recognition using Dragon Naturally Speaking. Now, I wonder if it should be better to write another one using native SAPI features because of the DNS licenses costs .

I need to write a VFP form to write medical histories using voice recognition. MS has a sample of this and another TTS form. This is a good point of start. Where can I find it?

Had someone experience in this subject? Another different opinion?
