I had a working machine with SQL 2012.

For unsolvable problems in Windows 7 x64 I had to reinstall everything.
I then installed SQL 2012 SP1 directly,
but the program query optimization does not work.

There was no way to fix it, and I had to start from scratch again.

Since the error was related to. NET
and since the fix posted, which is not my problem, but is referred to. NET
I think the SP1 has been put together by new Microsoft person,
not particularly careful.
