And I wondered why can't UAC be set for each executable separately, like any firewall can. Your choices are in the stupid global 4-step zipper, where you have the option to enable/disable the whole thing for every executable you have, with or without the UAC dialog being system modal.
And then I discovered
a way to set it per executable. Quite doable, just not from the UAC dialog. Typical Microsoft, never puts things to be near at hand, you have to hunt them around.
