that was client payed stuff to be put into their closed source package - sorry.
Also included into a class hierarchy abstracting way of sending/protocol away,
so you had the same interface for HTTP, FTP, File and other protocols.

but usually was check for
source availability (Dir and File),
Target-Dir available ,
No Target-File or overwrite ?
copy
check
delete source if necessary (Move-action not directly supported in protocol)
return success
