Nobody complains to barbecue smoke. But the lighter fluid is among the worst stinks I can imagine - I could sense it across the street and it was still awful even at that concentration. It's punishment by itself to whoever uses it. May serve as anti-appetizer.
The next thing on the list is loud bass coming from open windows of a personnel carrier (aka SUV, truck, pimpmobile and the rest of the folklore), that you feel in your kidneys if it's next to you when you wait for the green light.
And, BTW, if pre-owned smoke was as dangerous as the propaganda claims, we were all born as orphans. The smoke was everywhere back then.
