A couple of our geese are African geese (the breed name - apparently no relation to the continent). The hen lays eggs that weigh about the same as a baseball. The shells are so thick and hard we actually have dents on the stove where we've tried to crack some.

We have several different breeds of chickens - we get brown, white, blue, and green eggs. It can be entertaining watching a new customer open a box of assorted colors.
