Two meals, as far as I'm concerned. Because I'm about 80% vegetarian - can't imagine a meal without a side dish and a salad. The 20%, OTOH, is almost mandatory.
After meals, 100% vegetarian. I consume absolutely zero percent of animal alcohol and tobacco.
