We hardly ever have ribs or good BBQ at events out here. As Topeka is less than an hour from KC it seems kinds odd.

We did go to a charity event last fall in Topeka that really brought out the BBQ though - most of the famous KC joints were there. Mmmm - mmmm!

Luckily the company (not mine - Bartlett&West) paid for the tickets - I think they were $200 a pop.
