Only one of them was actually red snapper. There were similar findings on the east and west coasts, so this isn't a Chicago corruption thing.

In Fish dishes we have the same problem - recurring once a year on TV or paper. Nowaday horse traces in beef packages is common,
seems to be everywhere in the EU. Gives rise to typical stupid politic reactions...
