It was interesting how low key the celebration was at the MVP Summit after Microsoft had built up the anniversary. There was a big banner at registration with a time line. We were supposed to sign it at the year we came in. There was some mention at the party. Some people got 20 year lapel pins. I'm not sure how I missed out on those, especially since there aren't very many people that have been in the program as long as I have.
>Not sure if this has already been discussed, but Calvin's blog points to a few articles recounting how the MVP program started on CompuServe FoxForum. A good nostalgic read.
