At each point where EULAs change, the user / consumer has the right to not accept the new terms and close their account.

Nobody is forced into this kind of EULA servitude / bondage. However, most people agree to it willy nilly under the mindset of "what other choice do I have?" ... which is true if they want the software (they have no choice).
