>A co-worker of mine brought in a really interesting keyboard not too long ago. He bought it back 10+?? years ago. It was from the company that originally developed the multi-touch control interface that Apple later bought to use on their iPhone. The keyboard is flat, in two parts (right-side and left-side division, like how the ergonomic keyboards separate it), and it has keys painted on it. You tap the keys on the flat surface to type, but you can also use gestures while typing to move the mouse, select text, click, double-click, right-click, and all from the flat surface by using the multi-touch abilities.
