Is 1 pixel enough?

The grid is an appointment scheduler. 7 Columns and 16 rows (x3) to display every 15 minutes of a work day.
There are no scroll bars and all the records are displayed. The user is just supposed to click on each cell to see the details. Hmmm... Did I explain myself well? I don't think so, but tell me if you didn't understand. :-)
The problem is, when the user clicks at (say...) 9:15, bang, it's 8:00. It looks really bad like that.
