Yes, Email1Address is the first email address. For the security thing, you have several choices. If you have control over the machine in question and you're using Outlook 2010 (maybe also 2007), you can actually shut that off:

File | Options |Trust Center | Trust Center Access | Programmatic Access

and choose either the first or third option.

Assuming you don't have that kind of control, you can use either Outlook Redemption or Express ClickYes as a work-around.
