How about adding a blank page between the 1st "Title" page and the index? This would let people print all the odd pages first, flip the stack over and print all the even pages. You'll end up with a nice title page, and the Index starting on the front of the next page. The way it is now, page two will start on the back of the Title page, which is weird (at least to me).

Unfortunately, I didn't notice this before printing all the "Odd" pages, otherwise I would have done it before printing.
