The files required to make VFP9 SP2 run in all cases are:

(1) foxhhelp9.exe
(2) foxhhelpps9.dll
(3) gdiplus.dll
(4) ReportBuilder.app
(5) ReportOutput.app
(6) ReportPreview.app
(7) vfp9r.dll
(8) vfp9renu.dll
(9) vfp9t.dll
(10) msvcr71.dll

Not all of these files are needed for most apps though. But if you have all of them, it won't harm you. :-) If you need XML support (may already be present by the OS itself or other apps):
msxml3.dll
msxml3r.dll
msxml3a.dll
msxml4.dll
msxml4r.dll

The only files that need to be regsvr32'd are:

(7) vfp9r.dll
(9) vfp9t.dll

The rest are okay to just be present.
