You did just muddy the water <bg>. As I had just decided 10 min ago that I would be using TFS. In fact the off-shore developer already created on-line project and we just talked (on Skype) and looked at the user interface. I am sure there are many ways and many tools to do it. He suggested TFS and I said "Yes".
