..of course it's different with an atheist vs Rick's religion. His religion requires him to go profess to everyone and attempt to gather more sheep for the flock...errr I mean members for the congregation...or risk eternal damnation in the pits of hell! eeek! eeek! The typical plan is to get the newbies all excited & then send them out to gather more sheep. Soon as they've kinda got one (or find a sucker showing a little interest) - then they direct that person to a more experienced brain washer - in Rick's case this would probably be called a "decon".
