Yes.

Unless a person hears His voice (which is the voice of truth regardless of whether they know Him by the name "Jesus" or not), and answer that call upon their lives, and follow His voice, then yes they will go to Hell. But it's not Jesus who is sending them there. He has done everything to redeem everyone who will be redeemed. Only those people who purposefully remain in rebellion of God, in embracing of self, will be sent to Hell.

And Jesus sees through to men's hearts and knows the true conditions of a man's inmost thoughts, feelings, purposes, drives, desires. In Revelation we are told that those who are redeemed have come out of every nation, tribe, people and language.

There are no barriers with God. He receives all equally. "Smallest" to the "greatest."

There are no innocents being condemned to Hell for eternity. God is the author of men. He is the creator of all. He knows the truth about everything which exists. And those who are condemned to Hell go to Hell because they will not be redeemed, they will not hear the voice of God, they will not answer Him. God condemns those in rebellion, who deny truth and grab hold of lies.

He sent His own Son to die on their behalf. He has made every way possible for them to be redeemed. Only those who will not follow truth are condemned, because Jesus has revealed Himself in one way or another to all people of all time.

Most religions of the world do that. However, it is a different thing to accept Jesus Christ and walk with Him in this world. It is not religion, nor is it control. The enemy would have you believe that it is those things. But what it is ... is this: a restoration of the way things were originally, and a resurrection of the dead man into eternal life, that he may once again walk with God, commune with God, be with God in eternity ... forever.

There is a "Christian religion" that many people follow. But it is not the same as being a follower of Jesus Christ. The follower of Christ is changed from the inside out. He is made whole. Redeemed. Made prosperous. Made fruitful. His sins are covered, having been atoned for by the blood of Christ. He no longer faces a death sentence. He is no longer under the bondage of sin, being ONLY able to hear the draws and pulls of the flesh. He is spiritually born again, able to now hear the voice of God, to follow it, to supplant his natural flesh desires by the will of God spoken into his heart, and he can be obedient to it because he is also alive in the spirit, able to stand up in that way.

It is a major thing which happens when a person comes to believe and accept Jesus Christ. It is a thing bringing great honor to God, the sacrifice of His Son bearing fruit in eternity, for eternity, raising the dead back to life.

It is beautiful. And it's available to all.
