This post sat for a while so I'm gonna jump in and give an imperfect answer :-)

*If* you have Microsoft FAX working as a printer, you can always set the printer to MS Fax and the report will be output to fax. The user will, however, have to select from the Outlook or Exchange user list as a person to send it to.
