>I tried a water bed once and it was one of the worst nights sleep I've ever had.
Half a lifetime ago when I trained more than I worked it helped sore muscles a lot.
Today I have rather cold room temperature and (for me) nicer air and direct warmth in winter -
and the relatively few times I train today (and often overtrain... some habits are hard to break)
it still feels great. Had to find my own level but hate it now if I am on holiday with more/other muscles in action and a normal bed keeping me from my usual way of relaxing.

>We don't have wireless phones, wireless internet a microwave etc. Ironic as I grew up 4 miles from a nuclear power plant which my father worked in for 20 years.
I try not to balance - have to have it sometimes, but don't get accustomed to it. And I am to poor to buy my own nuclear plant, even if given insider info from family ;-)
