Barry, you can get 20 min delayed quotes for this from Yahoo.

As far as I know, to get "live on the second data" you will have to pay exchange fees. A while back I shared code on how to get this 20 min delayed data from yahoo but I can't remember the thread right at the moment it is found in. Let me know if you need code examples, and I will try to hunt some up.
