If you upgrade or have upgraded to Internet Explorer 10, you might have seen that it changes a lot of things in pretty much everywhere you navigate, for site in quirks modes. Basically, it overwrites a lot of stylesheet properties making a lot of content on the site to look weird. It has also adopted a new vertical scrollbar layout.

Once the site in HTML 5, soon to be released, this will appear as it used to be. However, the vertical scroll bar is as is in either the quirks mode or the HTML 5 mode. This is browser specific and independent from the HTML 5 standard.
