You're still doing quirks mode? How many site visitors are still on IE6?

>The dropdown behavior has changed in IE 10. Either in quirks mode or strict mode, when we open a dropdown in IE 10, the dropdown is centered as per the current item instead of being centered from the top. I wonder if there is a setting to control that. I would also be curious to know if this is a new trend.
