A customer sent me a URL to Google Form. The URL is something like the following (I changed the formkey):
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=abcd=12505
They use this form to get a survey for the work done by IS department.
This concept, of using Google Form for that, is completely new to me. Before I start reading and learning, I was wondering if whoever used these type of forms can help me understand something.
1. Is the formkey (as shown above 'abcd') always the same when they use this form?
2. What is the purpose of the number after the = (e.g. 12505)? Does it change dynamically?
3. The bottom of the form has Submit and they say that someone in their organization receives email results of the survey form. Is it the function of Google Form? That is, is the email where the form is sent defined in the Google Form or they program it internally?
