Where you get them depends on what's getting updated. There is an Update 1 that is applied to VS as a whole. http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/eng/visual-studio-update

Update 2 is in the works. I'm guessing it will be ready soon.

Microsoft will be releasing Visual Studio updates every quarter.

There are other updates that can get applied to extensions or nuget packages.

>Yesterday, an update of Visual Studio was recommended on my PC. When I tried to run it, after a while it stopped because I had VS projects opened. I was able to close two but not the third one. Tonight, the same notification was done and I wasn't able to close my project. I need to access the location of where I can launch that manually after I would have close all the projects. Anyone knows where it is?
