Sometimes you might be surprised -- not too long ago had to deal with an enduser that was still running Win98... (since payroll is considered a cost center that doesn't directly generate revenue, it doesn't always get priority -- so it's not uncommon for folks in payroll to end up with "hand-me-down" computers, and generally only get upgraded when someone else in a different "high-priority" department gets an upgrade).
