I was thinking this morning when I read an article online about this guy, Evan Ebel, who killed Colorado prison chief and was killed later in Texas by police. They wrote that he was a trouble (and not simply trouble) from early teens; even his mother said she could not deal with him. People like that should be isolated from the society early in life. period.
