Is it possible for VisualFoxpro to set an integer property or pass an integer as a parameter to an .OCX at run time.

Unlike .DLLs, the methods and properties of .OCXs are accessed directly. My experience is that offering a Visual Foxpro numeric (or even an integer field from a table) is frequently ignored or generates an error message.

Can anybody confirm that this is inevitable or suggest a way round it.
