When I try to register it displays following information

The e-mail address you supplied is already in use. Please input another e-mail address. If you are already a member, use the "Forgot Your Password" routine on the front door. (Note: If you are in the process of posting a question/response, going to the front door will cause your post to be lost)

I used many emails and handles but failed.
Forgot Password says that an email has been sent but there is no email in my inbox.

I also contacted there admisstration for help but they never reply.

I am seeking help to register there.
