I don't think that FoxPro can read barcodes from a scanner (ok to prove me wrong!) which is why I am using Visual Basic 6. If you have a way to read barcodes with Fox, give me a shout. Otherwise, let me know what your best talents are and maybe we can work together on future projects.

Is this a standard keyboard wedge style scanner? If so, the scanner simply sends barcode translations in via keyboard input and any application should be able to take the keyboard input.

It's been a long time since I've done any POS development, but IIRC it was simple in VFP.
