Does anyone have a good (preferably free or low cost) address parser to recommend? I have a file full of manually entered addresses, in one field, that I need to break out to its respective parts.

Example:

"123 Cherry Bluff Ln Box 311 Any Town, CO 12345"

The address may have an address2 part or just the first address. The zip may be 5 or 9 digits.
