Right... so did we back in 1995. Had borrowed one for a couple of days just to test it and go through its setup (as the staff at the POS wouldn't be trusted to RTFM and understand it). The only problem was that we had to leave it set to add a CR at the end of the string, so we had to code a SET CONFIRM ON in the when() and OFF in the valid().
