In FoxPro for Windows and VFP you can only create EXEs that are similar to FP DOS compact EXEs. They can be distributed, but you have to distribute the VFP run-time libraries. It's pretty hard to find anything these days that doesn't have to be distributed with some libs. Even a Visual C++ application will almost certainly need the MFC libraries.
