Installation of Mere Mortals .NET Framework 2008 V3.6 is not working.

When I open New Project the MM.NET folder under Visual C# does not exist. There no project types installed.

The references in the Windows Registry to the Mere Mortals .NET Framework folders .NETFrameword\AssemblyFolders do not exist.
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\AssemblyFolders)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\9.0\InstalledProducts\Mere Mortals .NET Framework 2008 does not exist.

I have UAC set to Never Notify. I can not find a setting to actually turn it off but I assume this setting means that it is off. I am an Administrator of this computer. I am using Visual Studio 2008 Professional. I am Administrator in Visual Studio.
