Your utility comes just after I spent the weekend cleaning up my gramework for dangling references, so it should be an accurate test. I get the following errors:

I am running VFP 5.0a on NT 4 SP3

as for the result, even if it does not report any dangling object if, after running a form I try to modify a base class VFP tells me that is impossible to modify a class that is in use. i can see that I dind't do a proper job in cleaning my framework, or are the above errors that are altering the result of the utility?
