I have found that comctl32.ocx will not work with NT4.0 build 1381, sp3 if the following dlls are not in the \winnt\system32 dir:

mfc30.dll, mfc40.dll, olepro342.dll, msvcrt40.dll, msvcrt20.dll

The question is does anyone know which MS product installs these dlls?
