Can I use MySQL 5?
If so, what would my Connection and DataAccessClass be?

Server = localhost
Port = 3306
username = root
password = jumbled
database = mydb

I was successful in creating a connection in Visual Studio's Server Explorer and I was successful in creating the Entity Framework model.
