In this particular case I need a question on both Close and Revert buttons (that's what my colleague wrote as design and I decided to go on and implement as is without questioning). So, I am thinking I need the same question that should work for both Revert and Close buttons.

I think I like your idea, I'll think about it a bit.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
