This message has been marked as a message which has helped to the initial question of the thread.
It's really a three response question:

- Yes: Save changes and exit
- No: Don't save changes and exit
- Cancel: Don't exit. Return me to editing, with changes visible but not saved.

But a standard Yes/No/Cancel box doesn't describe those options. A TaskDialog is better, where the dialog options become:

- Save changes and exit
- Don't save changes and exit
- Don't exit. Return to editing
