Right, but I am talking about Revert button. I don't think that 'Revert' button should ask a question.

In any case, I edited that text before I posted it. Instead of application it was the specific name of our main application. I changed that name to be "application" meaning that in our application all other forms simply Cancel the changes when we press the Cancel button. The uniqueness of this form is that we're using Apply/Revert (as opposed to Save/Cancel used in all other forms in our application) and that we want this prompt to be both on Exit and on pressing that 'Revert' button.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
