that is indeed a sloppy definition. There are strict rules for using m. Just in case you donot apply them then your application will work as long as you keep it for yourselve / own use and donot allow users to fiddle around in your code nor allowing them to make use of their own databases.
In anycase there is within the Thorframework a procedure to apply m.Dot for the absolute ness. variables only.
