You might want to take a look at Lianja: www.lianja.com. You can't "just take" your app and publish it to the web in Lianja (although the importers are being worked on), so maybe it's not what you're looking for. OTOH, if you are looking to leverage the domain knowledge you have built into the current app, and have it be available running everywhere, and on everything, and do the programming in an enhanced VFP variant with enhanced VFP-style data access and manipulation, Lianja will be worth your look.
